Review: Liv Vibrator by LELO

Liv Silicone Vibrator from VibeReview

Liv Silicone Vibrator from VibeReview

The Liv silicone vibrator is the newest addition to our top secret arsenal of sex toys and gadgets. Aside from our magic wand, Liv is our favorite vibrating sex toy, and we find ourselves reaching for it more and more often. And no one is surprised about it more than me. Here’s why.

I’m skeptical of any vibrator that uses batteries. That’s why I love the magic wand. It plugs into the wall, and it never loses power. Batteries are the last thing you want to be thinking of in the moment of passion. When the Liv arrived, I assumed that I’d have to fill it with batteries. The Liv is a plug-in rechargeable though. It’s maybe not the most discreet thing to have laying around charging up for its next use, but at least you’re not scrambling for power (unless you forget to charge it up).

Still, I was a little wary. Sex toy manufacturers are getting better and better with their quality, but I was prepared for the Liv to only have a little bit of charge capacity. However, the Liv carries up to an hour and a half of charge, which really packs a punch.

I was unprepared too for the build quality of the device. The packaging and attention to detail are up to Apple-like standards. The Liv has a heft to it that feels like a real consumer electronics gadget, and it seems like something that will last for a while. Plus it has a one-year warranty, which I think is just unheard of. The Liv has an iPod like interface on its base, which controls the intensity, pattern and rhythm of the vibration.

It’s angled perfectly for both vaginal and g-spot stimulation, and it has a safe, soft silicone body that comes in two colors (blue or pink). Our Liv is pink and awesome.

I recommend the Liv Silicone Vibrator by LELO highly for it’s design and technology, and I know Allie recommends it for what it does for her. Vibrators have certainly come a long way. While on the pricey side, it’s a perfect main vibrator for your nightstand that doesn’t need batteries and is backed up against defect for a year by the manufacturer. It looks awesome and feels great. Enjoy!
