We never miss an episode of this series. As swingers, we enjoy seeing familiar lifestyle situations dramatized on screen. Also, as people who have first-hand memories of the 1970's, the show holds a high degree of nostalgic value for us. However, the show focuses primarily on how couples interact with other couples, so those who prefer the hotwife lifestyle might not appreciate it as much.

Well, (not disagreeing with the gentleman above) I think it wants to show a picture of 70's through disco and drug use. I watched all episodes (8pm PDT till now) and I am hooked. I am sure all the flaws and/or negativity you see (the neighbor's girl and two sons for example) will be used for different episodes.
Then again, what do I know I write software for a living :) I'll watch the new episodes as they get broadcasted. Thanks Dave!

Although this show does have some great moments, it is lacking in character developemnt and interesting plot. I don't think that the creators have an understanding of our lifestyle. With that said however, I do think it is worthwhile to watch.

Take Tom and Trina, for instance. They are the couple that introduces the main characters to the life style. (By the way, that part was hot. There was no actual sex scene--just the leading up to it. Witnessing a virgin couple being seduced and making the decision to go through with trying our lifestyle is very erotic!)

Back to Tom and Trina. They don't seem to be on the same page. Because of this, I do detect some underlying jealously issues which could come up later on in the show. I think that this is true for all of the characters who swing in this show. Some are more obvious then others. The vanilla couples have serious issues in thier relationships too, all relating to the same intimacy and communication dysfunction of the swinging couples.

I think the good this show has done, intentionally or not, is drive home the fact this lifestyle is a very intimate and deep aspect of a participating couple's life, and that intimacy and comfort needs to be maintained and cherished at all times.

There is a lot of drug use in this show which I don't care for. Overall, I do think this show portrays swingers in a negitive, disfunctional manner.
