Nerve.com: Take My Wife, Please
Nerve columnist Kai Ma has filed a great story on the intricacies of cuckolding and hotwives and it’s a great read. She spotlights one cuckold / hotwife couple in particular that really seems to be having a lot of fun with the lifestyle. Here’s a taste of the column:
The idea of any husband wanting to watch his wife have sex with another man goes against the grain of marriage, masculinity, even patriarchy, in a radical way. Before meeting Kurt, I’d never known a man who liked the idea of another man messing around with his wife. But Kurt, who enjoys submitting to the bull’s larger penis and his wife’s high sex drive, says his sexual passivity is more a role than the reality. He can personify the beta male role, even eroticize it, because he knows he’s not inherently inferior to other men.
As an alpha male in life, Kurt’s bedside compliance also serves as a refuge from his competitive, high-strung personality. “This is the one area in life where I can choose to be submissive,” he explains. “I always have to win and be the best at everything. No one can do better than I can. If another guy eats her out better than I do, well, he’s just raised the bar, but I can do better. But a bigger dick I can’t complete with. Something about that turns me on.”
It’s a great column and gives further insight into what cuckold relationships and fetish play are really like. For me, and I think the end of the story confirms this a little, cuckolding is really just another toy in the toy box that comes out to play. We play with it a lot, but it’s not the only toy in the toy box. Plus, cuckold relationships really just confirm, as the story says, “No one is better for each other that we are.”

Wife and I read it together. Well really I was off making dinner as she read it to me. (I am a slow reader, she is fast. I am a great cook, she is not) We both had a big problem with the article. There was to many places were they talked about taking E. Now people reading this article is going to think drug taking is a big part of cuckolding life style. I find this very very sad.
Yeah, I was a little disappointed by that as well. Personally, I think there might have been better couples to interview for the story. Still, it’s nice to see the lifestyle get that kind of coverage. And remember, there’s no such thing as bad PR…
LOL
“there’s no such thing as bad PR”
I think in many things this is very true. Yet I think in many things this is very untrue. When most people out there already think of you in a very negative way when they read more negative they will believe it and you will move down. I have a family member that feels that all swingers are Wife beaters, Child beaters, poor, uneducated, & Alcoholics. Add drugs would just push them in to thinking how bad the life style is. Oh she also feels 1/2 the swingers are child molesters. Fact is we know that it’s not true. Yet when people who know nothing about the lifestyle read about it they could get the wrong point of view and then cause problems for us all.
With all that said I am happy to see more and more places covering the lifestyle.
Great article.
