I know what you’re thinking. You’re thinking, “David, what the fuck are you posting THIS time?” Well, many of you out there over the past weeks have written in to inquire what the hell were we up to for months on end while this blog was more or less dormant. From April, pretty much through until October, I was knee deep in other things and was too busy to post much here. Why was that, you ask?
