Granted it was at a "social" club, so it wasn't quite as daring as being done in public. However a friend of mine was talking with her boyfriend when an older man came up behind her whispered in her ear, she nodded her head in approval and then he proceeded to very calmly enter her. This was between 5 and 8 years ago in Dayton, but still quite memorable! I have seen this scenario played out right in front of me.
